All our products can be returned/exchanged within 14 days.

The returned/exchanged products must be: new, unused with tags with receipt/invoice

How to return?

1. Before returning or exchanging, please send an email to hola@mimikastudio.com, informing us about the return/exchange.

2. In the email, please enter the order number and the preferred form of refund (bank transfer or Blik to the phone)

3. Send the package within 14 days from the date of sending the email reporting the return. (address below)

4. After receiving the return package, we will make a return bank transfer or Blik to the phone, depending on your preferences, within 7 working days

The shipping and return costs are covered by the customer. The exchange costs are covered by Mimika.

In the case of an exchange, the new product will be sent within 14 days of receiving the package.

We do not accept packages with returns/exchanges of goods sent cash on delivery.
